Registration opens FRIDAY SEPTEMBER 18 and closes THURSDAY SEPTEMBER 24.
Lottery / team announcement FRIDAY SEPTEMBER 25.
There will be 16 teams. 3v3 games on two courts, swiss rounds then single elimination.
Lottery will be WEIGHTED in favor of those interested in taking a shift as a ref. You must be ENTHUSIASTIC about enforcing an alternative ruleset and willing to attend a REF MEETING ahead of the tournament.
TOURNAMENT GUIDELINES.
*COSTUMES MANDATORY. There will be a prize.
*BRING YOUR OWN ABC. Not every team needs an A or B player but all teams need to be BALANCED. If your team is imbalanced you will face the wrath of the great pumpkin.
*MIXED MANDATORY.
*ALTERNATIVE RULESET: Every goal scored will trigger a trick or treat mechanism resulting in an ADVANTAGE or DISADVANTAGE to the scoring team based on the scoring player’s skill level. More on this later.
**SECRET BIKE ACTIVITIES: The secret bike activities on Saturday will include ways for each team to EARN ADVANTAGES applicable during the Sunday tournament. More on this later.
