Tournament Format

  • Quad (4 player teams)
  • 20 minute games
  • 12 team cap
  • Swiss rounds/double elimination

Registration Dates

  • In-region registration opens: Friday, April 3rd 7:00 PM CST
  • Out-of-region registration opens: Sunday, April 5th 7:00 PM CST
  • Registration closes: Tuesday, April 7th at 7:00 PM CST

Registration link will be posted shortly before it opens. Early submissions will not be counted. You will need to resubmit after registration opens.
Your team’s region is determined by where your players live at the time of registration. The region with the majority of your players is your team’s region. If your team does not have a majority of players in one region, you will need to declare your team’s region for the 2026 Season according the NAH team regional status rules.

Team Prioritization

  • If more than 12 teams register, priority will be given to in-region teams with at least 1 WTFNB/BIPOC player, followed by a lottery of the remaining in-region teams. If more than 12 in-region teams register with at least 1 WTFNB/BIPOC player register, teams will be selected via a lottery.
  • If less than 12 in-region teams register, the remaining spots will be allocated via lottery to out-of-region teams with at least 1 WTFNB/BIPOC player. Any remaining spots will be allocated via lottery to out-of-region teams.

Registration

  • Players info: names, cities, region
  • Team captain info: name, phone and email
  • Team’s regional status: team’s region and regional status
  • Volunteer referee info: name, phone and email
  • Team prioritization info: WTFNB and/or BIPOC inclusion – for if we exceed the team cap
